  • Usage data, such as pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and browser/device type, collected via analytics tools if enabled.
  • Communications, including emails, calls, call transcripts, SMS messages, or other messages you send us directly, retained for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or delivering requested services.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health data through this Site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. SMS Communications

PDX AI Studio sends SMS messages only to individuals who explicitly request them during an active inbound voice call with our AI receptionist. We do not share phone numbers with third parties. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on your interactions; typically fewer than 10 messages per month per recipient.

SMS opt-in occurs verbally during the call: the caller dials PDX AI Studio, Luna answers as the AI receptionist, Luna asks whether the caller wants a text message, the caller says yes, consent is recorded, and the requested SMS is sent.
