By accessing or using the PDX AI Studio website at pdxaistudio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. PDX AI Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services

PDX AI Studio provides web development, AI consulting, automation services, AI receptionist services, educational content, and related technology services to individuals and businesses. Specific terms for any engagement, project, or purchase are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between PDX AI Studio and the client.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

When you verbally request SMS communications during an active inbound call with Luna, our AI receptionist, you consent to receive text messages related to that interaction. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and is typically fewer than 10 messages per month per recipient. Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications, or reply HELP for help. PDX AI Studio does not share phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PDX AI Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without express written permission from PDX AI Studio.

Work product delivered to clients under a paid engagement becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in the applicable agreement.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or index the Site without written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PDX AI Studio does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI-generated outputs and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or technical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDX AI Studio and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PDX AI Studio in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
